Jenny is a lifelong student and dedicated Yoga teacher who has been immersed in the healing arts since 2005. Her work is rooted in Traditional East Asian Medicine, Ayurvedic healing, and the rich wisdom of the Yogic lineages.
Since 2012, Jenny has supported mothers as an Ayurvedic postpartum doula, guiding them through the sacred window of recovery after childbirth with nourishment, rest, and intentional care. She has been teaching Yoga in the Long Beach community for over two decades, emphasizing deep listening, embodied awareness, and the profound connection between mind and body.
In 2013, Jenny co-founded Sacred Roots Holistic Healing, a community wellness and education center in Long Beach, California. Through this space, she has cultivated and refined her skills as a holistic practitioner while fostering accessible, community-centered healing. She also leads workshops and retreats designed to empower individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.
Jenny’s personal healing journey—reconnecting with and reclaiming the cultural medicine she was raised with—has deepened her reverence for her ancestral roots and the wisdom carried through generations. In 2021, she earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Yosan University.
Her work is grounded in preventative care and guided by a trauma-informed lens, with the understanding that personal wellness is inseparable from the health of our communities and the planet. Most recently, Jenny has been integrating somatic therapy into her practice, further bridging the mind-body connection for those on the path of healing.
A tea enthusiast and lover of movement and dance, Jenny brings warmth, curiosity, and embodied presence to her practice. She is passionate about helping others reconnect with their innate wisdom and supporting them on their path toward wholeness.
